Hi, I’m Ryan.

I’m an AI Data & Search Platform Engineer with over eight years of experience building systems that help people uncover insights buried in their data.

I tend to work things out by experimenting and prototyping, which has led me to some interesting places: from building natural language query interfaces before LLMs were mainstream, to scaling enterprise search platforms at one of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world.

Nowadays, I’m focusing on AI agentic systems, search & vector databases, and RAG pipelines. I bring the technical depth to build these systems and the stakeholder experience to make them land.
